  I wanted my dead ends cut and face framing layers they came out amazing it felt amazing if you ever go to The Glamour Lounge I would recommend meg.

  They literally ruined my hair. I messaged them to asked what service I would book to accomplish my reference photo. They absolutely fried my hair. The bottom, half of my hair is just yellow (not balayage) and so dry that water alone wasn’t getting it wet. I spent the whole morning at a new salon and two stylist were putting keratin to try to prevent it from breaking. I have gotten highlights for the past 15 years of my life and never had my hair look or feel like this. I asked for a partial refund or for them to fix it. They refused a refund and said would charge me to fix it. Luckily, I submitted the pictures and written correspondence to KeyBank for theft of services and got my money back. I wanted the stylist to keep her tip because they have always been super super nice and I’ve gone there for about two years With good success. Please book cautiously!

  I have always hesitated to go to a hair salon. I don’t style my hair often and I always feel awkward sitting in a chair in silence or feeling judged for not knowing how to take care of my hair. Not only was I immediately treated like a longtime bestie, Kristi educated me on how to style my hair for my face shape and keep it healthy. She explained why certain products and heat settings are used. I felt included in conversations bouncing between me and Kristi, the other stylists and the other clients throughout my entire visit. By the time I left, I was confident that I would have a safe place to learn about maintaining my hair and have a good laugh in the process. If you’re someone who gets nervous visiting a salon, this is the place to be!
