She was rushing the my cut and cut my hair making it super short and I didnt realize how short it was I wanted to add more defination and to point cut to give it more texture. She went back in and gave me a second hair cut leaving me WITH SHORTEST LAYER AROUND 4 INCHES. She matched my bangs to the the shortest length leaving me with a sharp choppy bangs nothing like the curtain bangs I wanted. I told her I have an event coming up this weekend and to do me justice but she disappointed me. I had to go back and got my hair cut again by other woman who did her best to fix my hair. She gave me a proper consultations making sure she wasnt cutting to much and working with me throught the process. She is the only reason I didnt give this place a 1 star rating (if it was possible I would have given a 0 star review)
