- SSScott Seifert2 days ago1.0I have been going there since it opened, I never had a complaint and found everyone there quite decent & professional until recently. I returned for another cut, sat down to a person that looked like he obviously didn’t want to be at work dragging his feet just a bad vibe. They have the instructions of my regular svc not very difficult a #2 on the sides and finger length on top and I always ask to make sure my sides are blended not to have a mushroom head in a couple weeks. This guy acted like he couldn’t figure out what I was asking for saying he has larger fingers than other stylists. Started treating my head like a Bush in the garden with hedge cutters. I asked him if he understood my instructions a could times after attempts to cut it. He was offended, and sulked, I wound up with a flat top military cut or something. I heave never ever had a problem like this at this location either any other of their stylists. His name was Tom and I will never return to this location because of him and him rotten attitude and customer service!!!!!

- SSSADOLDMEDec 11, 20252.0(THERE WAS ONLY ONE CLIENT OTHER THAN ME) I got my haircut from a lady she completely messed up my hair i wanted to maintain my length as I was growing it out and wanted trim my bangs WITHOUT having a proper consultation she cut of my hair. She was rushing the my cut and cut my hair making it super short and I didnt realize how short it was I wanted to add more defination and to point cut to give it more texture. She went back in and gave me a second hair cut leaving me WITH SHORTEST LAYER AROUND 4 INCHES. She matched my bangs to the the shortest length leaving me with a sharp choppy bangs nothing like the curtain bangs I wanted. I told her I have an event coming up this weekend and to do me justice but she disappointed me. I had to go back and got my hair cut again by other woman who did her best to fix my hair. She gave me a proper consultations making sure she wasnt cutting to much and working with me throught the process. She is the only reason I didnt give this place a 1 star rating (if it was possible I would have given a 0 star review)
