Staff behind the registers were using their cell phones texting while assisting customers and was ignoring the customer as well . What kind of training do we do at this store ? Where was management ? The manager has a nasty look on her face too and was also ignoring the customer so I guess the Apple does not fall far from the tree when your associates are trained to be unprofessional. If the shoe fits . I have been to other Estée Lauder stores and I have to say this is the most unprofessional and mismanaged location I have been at .

I spent over $120, and there was a sign stating that purchases over $100 come with two gifts. When I asked the female staff member about it, she rudely said they didn’t have any gifts and didn’t provide any explanation. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service.

Eva recently introduced me to Jo Malone perfumes and is always nice to me when I visit. I like their prices and selection. I like that I can find stuff from macys that I love at this store. Even with COVID19 going on, Eva and other employees are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you. Olivia
