I spent over $120, and there was a sign stating that purchases over $100 come with two gifts. When I asked the female staff member about it, she rudely said they didn’t have any gifts and didn’t provide any explanation. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service.

The sales associates seemed disengaged and inattentive. Even when I approached them with questions, they were more focused on chatting with each other at the cash register rather than assisting customers. Their role appeared to be limited to scanning items and processing payments without providing any additional support. For example, during their Lunar New Year promotion, no one took the initiative to explain or guide me on the details, which led to confusion and an additional purchase of over $65 just to qualify for the promotion. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer care. If you visit this store, don’t expect much assistance from the staff, as they don’t seem particularly interested in helping customers or enhancing the shopping experience.

Eva recently introduced me to Jo Malone perfumes and is always nice to me when I visit. I like their prices and selection. I like that I can find stuff from macys that I love at this store. Even with COVID19 going on, Eva and other employees are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you. Olivia

I simply asked her if I could use the 10% off discount on the coupon book, she questioned if I wanna use the 10% off instead of the 50% off discount the store was having. The way and tone she spoke was so annoying. I think the store is going out of business and I think I know why.
