  My husband booked me a massage and a face mask. I arrived early to utilize the amenities, however, I had to wait approx 30 minutes to obtain a locker before I could use them. The relaxation room is nice, but it was not explained what/where things were upon arriving. I asked to use the hot tub, which was amazing, but the key fob they gave me didn’t work so I had to wait for another guest to let me in. I did take a shower and utilize their amazing amenities in the locker room such as shower and hair products. There were also complementary hair brushes, dental hygiene kits, and blow dryer. My massage was amazing (shout out to Kevin!) He was very attentive to my muscles and knew exactly what I needed. The $40 face mask was a rip off, it’s just a simple paper mask they put on you for ~15 minutes. I then had dinner and drinks at the Sand Bar which was so nice! Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will go back!

  The receptionist up front had called us to ask us to come in early. We'll we were not able to change times due the weather and child care. The woman was very rude, loud and then hung up on my friend. So we all canceled. Not sure if we will ever go there.

  Awful experience! I get massages monthly at varying places as I travel and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had, yet the most expensive I’ve ever had! From the time we walked in (nothing was explained to us about the salt bubbles on the floor and what we were supposed to do with them ) to the time we left, it was a huge disappointment. I would recommend going elsewhere and not wasting your money!

  Huge disappointment! From the ambiance of the spa (no music playing, fireplace not on, broken lockers, etc.) to the actual massage that was deficient in so many ways, the experience was a huge waste of money. At more than double the price of other spas, I expected a luxurious experience. It was far from. We had a couples massage, therapists started at different times, ended at the same time, therapist my wife had stopped numerous times, kept her feet uncovered the entire time she was on her back, never offered a bolster for under the knees, had a face mask add on, just pulled it off and never wiped around the eyes or face after Beyond disappointed with the spa and still haven't received a call back. The hotel was very nice! If you stay there, just go elsewhere for ANY spa services!
