  Overall, the spa is well appointed with basic amenities. By far, the biggest issue was the lack of heat in the treatment room. It was 58 degrees in the room for the duration of my service, an enduring issue that seemed to be known to the staff. That particular treatment room is the only one they seem to struggle to heat. The rest of the spa was warm and comfortable. I was offered extra blankets to keep warm with the heated table which helped me some, but did little to address the cold air and cold hands of the esthetician. For the sake of both the clients and staff, I hope they are able to fix this issue.

  This is my 3rd unpleasant experience with Willowbrook Spa. Two times there was an issue with getting the gift card by email, so instead of them handling it for you, they give you a hard time and suggest you work with the hotel front desk instead of them doing it for you. The gift card was for my daughter who was just diagnosed with cancer. It was supposed to be a nice gesture from my family in a very stressful situation and the spa added very much unneeded additional stress.

  The staff were warm and welcoming, and the services themselves were high quality. However, at this price point, I expected a more refined spa environment. The waiting sunroom was bright and generally comfortable, though it felt less private than anticipated with fully clothed visitors coming and going. Snacks were available, but there was no clear menu or option for ordering additional refreshments. Facilities were limited for a high-end spa. The restroom had a single stall and two showers. While thoughtful touches such as toothbrushes were provided, small details like cups for water were missing. During my massage, outside noise including a barking dog and voices in the hallway disrupted the otherwise relaxing service. Overall, the staff and treatments were excellent, but the ambiance and amenities did not fully match the premium price point. With some attention to the physical environment, this spa could offer an experience equal to the quality of its team.

  Fantastic couples massage that we both really enjoyed! Pricey, but very good. The mentioned pool is the one at the hotel, not a separate pool.

  I did not enjoy this spa experience. I called to schedule 2 massages and scheduling was VERY inflexible. They do not have 2 masseuses at a time so we had to schedule back to back. Not the end of the world, but for a spa with their prices I would expect them to be able to schedule 2 massages at the same time. The massage itself felt like more of a sports massage than a relaxing one, which I guess comes down to preference. They also don’t tell you about the 20% automatic gratuity at the end.
