  I called prior to making a appointment asking if they could put high lights on my hair since it's a dark brown, I was told yes so I booked. I said I wanted my grey hair colored and overall brown color along with a razor haircut. I asked for no red highlights or in the color. After coloring my hair she said twice we can't do the hairlights. When asking why. She said her manager said no, my hair is too dark. Okay, so when cutting my hair she's saying I don't like doing a razor cut all over the head so I didn't get my full razor cur just the ends. After paying 99.00 and 20. Tip. I check my hair once home and find a bunch of grey hair in the rear and reddish brown hair. I call to tell them and get a appointment and show up on time to find out Kelly called in sick with being told they tried calling me. No so. I cancelled the new appointment and plan not to return.

  My stylist was amazing. She took me back right away and gave me an awesome massaging wash and beautifully artistic cut

  Had my hair done here the other day and it was by far the worst experience I have had.. my stylist overprocesssd my hair to the point where it breaks off into pieces in my brush in falls out in the shower, and won’t even dry on the ends of my hair. I looked in the mirror the next day and wanted to cry because of my damaged hair. I told the manager the situation & was very rude and wanted to fix it and not even give me my money back.. i was overpriced for a living nightmare!!!!
