- JBJuliette BrownJun 17, 20255.0Stopped into the store yesterday. I called ahead to see if they carry a product I needed and they checked the shelves and confirmed they had it. I stopped in to pick it up and the 2 gals working there were above and beyond with their customer service, truly, I was really surprised given how young they looked. They were so conversational and excited for me to be there and to be buying products. I was just surprised by the quality of the customer service as there is a majority of terrible customer service out there. I almost never go to this Sephora and always go way out to the boulevard location, but I will be going back there to this closer location, more after this experience, for sure
