- NNNick NackOct 20, 20255.0I had such a wonderful experience at the Sephora in Walden Galleria! A special shoutout to Mahzabin, the beauty advisor who helped me she was absolutely lovely. I was torn between two foundations (NARS and Haus Labs), and she took the time to explain the differences and even helped me try them on. Thanks to her, I ended up getting the Haus Labs foundation, and it’s now my absolute favorite product! She went out of her way to help me find everything I needed in the store, which can feel a bit overwhelming at times. She was truly a lifesaver! I also want to mention Maria, who was super sweet while I was checking out. Everyone at this store is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend this location

Not only is she absolutely beautiful and confident, but she’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She managed to help me and three other clients at the same time with so much patience and professionalism. The way she explained everything showed how much expertise she has, and her energy just made the whole experience fun and easy. She is truly the IT GIRL of this store! Because of her, I’ll always choose this location for my purchases. And everything she recommended worked like wonders starting with skincare to makeup.
- CCCassSep 17, 20251.0The Sephora in the Walden Galleria mall next to Dave and busters is the worst location in WNY. Francesca was very rude and incompetent. Every time I'm here I experience microaggressions and discrimination. They talk down to you or just flat out ignore you and walk away. It is true what everyone says they are very racist here and it shows in how they treat paying customers. I will be going to Ulta from now on.
