Then when you go to purchase an item from that display, it's full, regular price! The cashier says 50% on selected items! Only if it has some sticker?! Makes no sense! Why don't you ppl put the sign on the actual items that are 50% off! Stop playing and fooling the shoppers!!!
- KKKayMar 11, 20261.0Such a bad Sephora. Poor customer service. I asked to be color matched for a foundation, the young woman whom I asked was very unwelcoming and seemed as if I was bothering her. She glanced at me pumped a bit of foundation onto my hand and voila magically found a match. I wanted to actually be matched with the color matching device but she seemed as if that just wasn’t on her agenda. She found two colors that “matched” the back of my hand, I asked for a sample she gave me about two drops in the small container and the pump to the other foundation broke off and she said “oops can’t give u that one” I went home tried the foundation and it wasn’t my shade. I’ve been a long time customer at Sephora and am super friendly and understanding but this was just rude. Hire better more qualified individuals.

After she continued to touch me to get a product in front of me … maybe ask me to move over if you need something?
