She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was refreshingly honest about what I did and didn’t need. She didn’t rush or pressure me at all, and even showed me how to apply products and test different shades. After initially having trouble finding assistance in the store, working with her was such a breath of fresh air. Kyia truly goes above and beyond. She is a true asset to the Sephora team.

I understand that you have 1/2 the store under construction but having 2 employees for such a busy location and so many customers waiting patiently to purchase it’s a huge turn off. I waited 35 minutes to get a person to open draws to get me perfume and tells me, don’t you see what’s going on it busy and it’s only 2 of us. You’re missing the majority of your stock, so after waiting 35 minutes I’m now told don’t have it. The manager there is also All Over the Place with little to No managerial skills. He could really benefit from some managerial classes. Please give him some to course so he can develop further.
