  Christy helped me so much! She scanned my skin, and I didn’t even know I had dry skin instead of combination/oily skin, which means my skin doesn’t absorb moisture easily. She hooked me up with a toner that works really well for my skin, a tinted sunscreen, and a daily sunscreen! She also helped me understand my best tone and how to keep my skin healthy. 10/10 beautician! She tested different products and allowed me to take my time deciding which ones felt best for me as well!

  Only because I encountered the worst/ rudest/ impatient employee there 30min ago. Her name is Johnelle (not in the usual black uniform) white shirt with black stripes and black pants. I was with my 5y old and the 8m old in a stroller trying to pass through the isles to get to the register line to pay for my two benefit eyebrow pencils. She kept saying excuse me behind me every 2 seconds not giving me the time to turn so I could let her pass. I thought an emergency or something…so when I turned to see, she very rudely and with an attitude said that I was going too slow 😦. I couldn’t believe my ears, She had a cart and was going around the store to refill merch I believe. She couldn’t wait 2 seconds for a customer with a stroller and two kids trying to get the hell out of there. A few other customers saw the scene and agreed with me about her rudeness. Never going back there ever again. Sephora gotta do better at training the employees basic customer service skills!

  I was so happy with my experience at Sephora today! I went in with the purpose to swatch foundation and compare fragrances to prepare my cart for the Sephora sale. Aileen was amazing with finding my correct shade, using the scanner and showing me the assessment. I’ll be adding a new Armani foundation, Iris & Romeo spray and a Sephora brush to my cart. Thank you!!!

  I came in on a busy Friday afternoon for a very random color match - Treviella was so amazing and helpful. She was thorough , kind , patient and friendly. I have the hardest time color matching myself but walked away with a perfect match. I would say this was the best Sephora run I’ve ever had. THANK YOU TREVIELLA.

  Went into the store to ship a gift for my sister and the girl in the register was helping us I clearly informed her the billing information and where it was getting sent too in Florida, she messed up the information and put the information backwards super unprofessional and they more worried on handling multiple people at one time instead of making sure they get their job done correctly with the customer they handling if she would of been more patient and focused on one thing it would of not happen don’t recommend people to go in store and place a order your better off doing it online super upset and someone missed a birthday a birthday gift
