- MMMahiya91Mar 30, 20261.0I was here doing a foundation shade match for my skin, I was helped by one of the girls she said her name is Sarah. As much as I appreciated her helping me I asked a few questions regarding the product and she kept rudely answering me as though I was bothering her. And customer service seems to be a big issue at this branch, they were also giving everyone an attitude at the check out, when I asked if I can use my points for the rewards they have, mind you I spent over $300 when I could have went across the hallway to Ulta. Do better Sephora with your customer care, this is why everyone keeps boycotting you guys.

Found 2 Young ladies that were helping other customers,and the others just standing around staring. When I ask one that was standing around doing nothing. She pointed out were product was before actually helping me. So I walk out.

I was able to find it easily right in front of them and the staff tried to strong arm me into making an account with them etc instead of letting me check out. The workers made things so much more difficult.
