Martine was rude and uninviting from the moment we arrived. Her tone was harsh and came across as very unfriendly, which made what should have been a positive experience for my son feel uncomfortable. When you’re bringing a loved one in for something like an ear piercing, you expect the staff to be welcoming, patient, and reassuring. Instead, the interaction felt unpleasant. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially in situations involving your children, and this experience definitely fell short. Because of this interaction, I chose to only deal with Ell, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Ayana was the one who performed the ear piercing for my child, and she was kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. She made my son feel comfortable and handled the piercing very well. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff how important it is to treat customers with kindness and professionalism.

Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.
What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
