  Caterina gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! My skin is absolutely glowing, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying a package. Highly recommend!

  An Unforgettable, Heart-Lifting Experience at The Green Spa Today’s visit to The Green Spa was exactly what my heart and spirit needed. From the moment I stepped inside, Bianca at the front desk embraced me with such kindness and genuine warmth that I instantly felt safe, welcomed, and cared for. She went above and beyond in a way that truly touched me — she is a rare gem in customer care, someone who makes you feel seen and valued the second you walk in. My facial with Lydia was nothing short of magical. Her touch was calming, her presence comforting, and the entire experience felt like an exhale I didn’t realize I was holding in. I left not only with glowing skin, but with a sense of peace and renewal I haven’t felt in a long time. Thank you, Bianca and Lydia, for your compassion, your talent, and your beautiful energy.   Had a wonderful massage at Green Spa! You feel relaxed as soon as you walk into the room. The masseuse was wonderful! Can’t wait to book my next visit!

  I had high expectations for this place. I went because of recovering from a wrist fracture. Once I arrived there where some men blocking the entrance door facing back and they wouldn't move. After a few min I ask them if they were online and they were not. They were just standing there on their cellphones. Once I got to talk to the front desk I asked about my insurance. As soon as I said the word insurance those 2 men started bombarding me trying to sell me this wonder therapy shoes (I was going for my wrist) but nobody even bothered to ask me why I was there. The men wouldn't even let me speak they were very persistent in selling me their product. Its sad that this place has such a poor customer service. Nobody really asked me anything. I left frustrated after I convinced them I didn't want those shoes. A few days later I get a call from their shoe company telling me they got my number from Green Spa. WHAT?? They share your personal information with 3rd party vendors and then get ready for spam calls. I was thinking on using this service for me as well as giving someone a gift card but after this unwelcoming uncomfortable experience I will not longer do this. Not recommend 👎🏻

  I have been going for a few months to get facials. In the beginning, I was feeling as though “finally I found a place where I can go and get monthly facials and feel good about it.” That changed, when I noticed that the front desk started becoming rude. I didn’t know what was happening, but I felt disappointed. All of a sudden the woman at the computer started giving me an attitude and became snippy. I wanted to still continue going so I spoke to the owner and she reassured me that she would speak to the front desk. Nothing changed, the poor customer service just continued on even over the phone. I have been paying over $200 every month for a facial…not once did the front desk offer me a discount. They only mentioned a series package which you have to cough up $1000 plus for and you get a free facial in the end. It ends up being pricey and not worth it. Plus their policy is to cancel within 24 hours so you don't get charged half the service. What if people need to cancel and it’s not in their control such as an unexpected circumstance? I made an appointment for a facial somewhere else and received a 20% discount already. I will not be returning here.
