Nikki is a genius! My tired long hair wasn’t cutting it anymore (pun intended). I told her I was willing to do something major. I came home and my husband said “it makes you look younger”. And the next day he remarked again that the style really looks good. I’m beyond thrilled.

The products they use here stand out to me because they smell so good! I had to start getting some for myself and they do 20% off refills when you bring the bottle back in so I'm really happy about that!

I have textured hair that has been difficult to lift color from in the past. Alan gave me a double process so I can get it to blonde, and this time my hair lifted better and felt healthier and smoother afterwards. My fear for going blonde is my hair being gummy or stringy, so I'm really happy about how healthy it still looks.

I wanted to get my grays covered and was planning to dye my hair one boring shade of brown, but Alan explained to me that I could disguise it better with highlights, and I'm really happy I went this route instead. My hair has so much dimension and the illusion of volume, and I can wait longer before going to get my grays covered again. Thank you for the professional recommendation.
