  I never made a one star review before but if I could put a zero! I came with my sister to this location checking before hand to check if they had that this Patrick Ta palette we asked for help from one of the workers I showed her the picture of it on my phone she asked me if I checked this location if we had it and I told her yes and she still proceeded to check on her device still and after still asked “are you sure it’s even this location” with rude look and I told her yes twice as this point. Then she just opened the draw and closed it fast and said we don’t have it and she asked for it in the back but they didn’t have it after not answering the first time she asked. Then my sister asked other coworker for a blush from a another company and they didn’t have it and my sister decided to ask for if they had the palette again but to this worker actually checked the drawers and checked another one and before she can even ask the back that first worker passed us and she said something her mic. The one that was helping us said, “The manager said she already check for you guys.” I explained to her that “she didn’t look at the other draw” before I could say anything she just walk. I had this happen before where they said they didn’t have it and another worker said they did at another location so that’s why I asked again just in case. After we started looking at perfumes this other worker comes and I hear her saying “mhm mhm” on her mic and proceeded to follow us around the store. The another coworkers were grouped up at the front as a group and just looking at us that we previously talked to. I ignored it and that same coworker that was following us said “you need help with anything” I ignored her because I noticed they were avoiding customers the whole time and when this interaction happened now this worker wants to come and ask us then she leaves. They made me feel bad to come back to want know if they have the blush instead from Patrick’s Ta and I told my sister I just wanted to leave I never felt so uncomfortable at a Sephora and I went to many locations. I heard another worker being stopped by a customer and they said “ I just clocked in you need to actually give me time” and lastly my only good interaction at this point was my sister calling the last worker we had a interaction with she checked both draws and said that this was even the last blush they had and we all giggled cause if it and commented how she liked the other shades and which ones we had. And even searched if there was another one because she wanted to see if there rly wasn’t another one and there wasn’t. So that I leave one star.

  Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Keith he was absolutely amazing today! I love when I come into this Sephora and the staff actually care to take the time to help the clients. Thank you again I will be back soon ❤️

  Went in recently and Veronica was an absolute pleasure to work with, very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

  The employees here are very kind and helpful and there's a big selection of all beauty related stuff, not sure what all these negative reviews are here, we had a very pleasant experience, and even that it was after closing time they let us finish our shopping calmly and didn't rush us out if the store

  I never write reviews but I was disappointed by the makeup appointment artists NIEZ A very rude I was shocked she don’t ask what lipstick color I want . I ask her question she answers rudely. Very upset. Go to king plaza for better nicer service . The makeup came out nice but her attitude and speaking is zero star never going to her ever . I was going to leave but I had no choice no other option to stay clam and do the service . Zero star
