He asked me if I wanted a bag and I agreed and he then handed me the bag as oppose to putting my product in the bag. I should not have to do that. It was not a good approach. I don't work there.

Gerald helped me create a slightly new routine to go along with the products I'm already using. He'd recommended a brand I'm currently using that my skins already a fan of. I really appreciate the time and thought put into his recommendations. Tiana was super helpful at the register. She'd helped me place an order to get an out-of-stock item shipped to my home, and she helped me sign up for a store card which saved me some $$! The entire process was so comforting and easy. From the greeting at the front door, to the staff being ready to assist with any questions you've got, this Sephora's got a wonderful team.

Anyway went to return it and they refused the return and the refund or the exchange. Please if you’re buying a parfume from this place open it immediately on the spot before leaving the store.
