  I asked a staff worker (Tracy) to assist my mom find a correct color foundation waited in the section for over 20 mins nobody ever came I went back to Tracy to tell her nobody ever came and still nothing too see Tracy going to assist somebody else! do not come here if you don’t know nothing about makeup YOU WILL NOT BE ASSISTED

  I went yesterday to buy a foundation. I couldn’t find a shade that matched me, so I asked for help, but no one came. I waited for 20 minutes and tried to figure it out on my own, but I needed the scanner to help me find my perfect match. The employees were talking among themselves and were dismissive toward customers. I left without buying anything, and I will never come back to this store

  I had to do last-minute gift shopping and didn’t have the option to go anywhere else. I was already stressed, and the lack of help from the staff made everything so much worse. No one offered assistance, and when I tried asking for help, I felt completely ignored. I was honestly about to cry in the store because I didn’t know what to pick and the employees acted like they didn’t care at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sephora really needs to train their staff to be more attentive and supportive, especially during busy times.and I am never going back to this location.
