- PGPhil G2 days ago1.0A few weeks ago I went to Sephora in King's Plaza mall and I spent close 300.00 hundred dollars because of the sale, i wanted the rouge gift, which was a purse with a lipstick on it. And she said, I could not have it because I was not a rouge member. My daughter was with me. Then, I wanted one of my point's gifts also, and I had a lot of points. And she told me they were sold out. She had no samples to offer me or anything. I was very disappointed in this location. I spent a lot of money and I don't think I will ever return back to this store. I used to work in sephorus for almost 10 years. If you do, spend that kind of money, you do deserve some kind of gifts. Samples should be available very disappointed with this lady at the I am a Register. Very rude as well, I am a VIB beauty insider.

Bunch of testers missing and the lip liner testers all dull so cant even test on hand the shade. Horrible location. Only came here because its close to me but i rather travel to soho next time. Would not spend a dime at this location after I approached someone nicely to ask a question.
