    Operating a small business in New York City is a daunting task. Sometimes, it really feels like it's you against the world. Business taxes, hidden expenses, staffing, customers and working with vendors can make you nuts! It often times seems like review sites, like this one, are a perfect place for clients to vent their greivances and publicly relieve themselves. This is not the case with my review for SalonCentric on Atlantic Ave. Time and time again they provide my business with a level and quality of service that I didn't know still existed in this fast-paced, technology driven culture. Sam, the manager, goes above and beyond the call of duty to help me run my business, and for that I am so grateful! I couldn't run my small, family-owned operation without someone like her, a guardian angel who watches over me.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
