I recently visited this boutique where I was helped by a lovely associate named Maura. She was funny, charming, and completely drew me in. I’ve always been a Le Labo fan, but the way she described each scent, with such storytelling and attention to artistry, completely changed how I think about fragrance. It was one of the most memorable shopping experiences I’ve had, and although I was just browsing I ended buying online later,
I wanted to give credit here for the inspiration.

Had a rather disappointing experience here, while some of their fragrances are unique and show depth, many of them are underwhelming and odd. The floor staff was more than enthusiastic to sample scents and show off others which I appreciated, however upon entering I opted to walk
to the register and ask if I could place my coffee on the counter as to not leave water marks on other surfaces, to which they happily obliged. Within a few minutes the manager proceeded to toss my drink despite being 2 feet from the register practically the entire time. When I pointed out what had happened, the staff acted more ‘inconvenienced’ than ‘apologetic’ and essentially just shrugged the issue off. Mind you the store is tiny, a single room in fact, so “thinking I left” is a poor excuse to come from management.
