  Well a few days ago I went to pick up my birthday perfume (already knew which one I wanted). I walked in with a plan, to get in and out. Ended up spending way more time in there. I ran into MONICA! She was so engaging, friendly and not overwhelming. She was a true gem to work with. I ended up getting a totally different perfume, which I love, love, love. When you go, look for Monica. Thank you sooo much for all your help.

  Came here with my friend to help her find a signature scent. We were helped by the fabulous Monica who walked us through their scent catalogue. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The perfumes here are classy & original & i smelled like the perfume i got to test way into the next morning! Im excited to go back on my bday and get it. Definitely stop in here if youre in Williamsburg.

  I enjoy having a Byredo store in my neighborhood, I'm a huge fan of the scents and its so convenient. Plus the store has the best associates! So helpful and welcoming.. my favorite is Troy! My pookie's such a great help.

  Good experience, salespeople were helpful. They were out of the candle I wanted which was kinda annoying, but I did end up getting an overpriced hand sanitizer that also doubles as moisturizer so I guess it’s alright.
