  Well a few days ago I went to pick up my birthday perfume (already knew which one I wanted). I walked in with a plan, to get in and out. Ended up spending way more time in there. I ran into MONICA! She was so engaging, friendly and not overwhelming. She was a true gem to work with. I ended up getting a totally different perfume, which I love, love, love. When you go, look for Monica. Thank you sooo much for all your help.

  Haven’t even purchased a fragrance (yet) but had a lovely introduction to the brand thanks to Jenny. She took her time walking me through the line of perfume and helped me feel right home. Will definitely come back soon to buy my first full bottle.

  I was in this shop last week and had a great experience with one of sales girls. I was asking about analog for Open sky perfume, and girl gave me great solution, but I forgot the name of this perfume. And now I’m suffering. Please, beautiful blond girl, if you read this, give me a hint of this smell, I’m dying cause I now coming back home (to Europe) I can’t find them by memory!

  I went to the Williamsburg byredo and had such a lovely experience. There was a cute blond girl who was able to help me find the perfect fragrance for me. We tested many and landed on gypsy water. I couldn’t recommend this store more to help find your perfect fragrance and customer experience.
