  Came in today looking for a new scent and was given a sample of the Orpheon scent! Obsessed!! Will definitely be back for a bottle soon!

  Met the wonderful Sam in my last visit and was so impressed with the overall atmosphere and friendliness of the store. I loved the Philosykos scent and was shown the various products that come in the scent

  ​I walked into this Diptyque location today ready to restock my bath products and purchase several new perfumes and candles, but I left empty-handed and deeply unsettled. ​Despite the store being tiny, the atmosphere was incredibly hostile. There were three associates working; one looked me up and down and asked, "Can I help you?" in a sharp, condescending tone that felt less like an offer of assistance and more like an accusation. It was the kind of "gatekeeping" energy that immediately makes it clear they’ve already profiled you the moment you stepped through the door. ​The other two associates wouldn't even make eye contact, which is almost impressive given how small the space is. It is impossible not to acknowledge someone unless you are intentionally trying to make them feel invisible or unwanted. ​I was prepared to spend a few hundred dollars today, but I am glad I didn't give my money to a business that allows its staff to judge and racially profile customers. Diptyque produces luxury products, but there is nothing "luxury" about being treated with such blatant disrespect. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Great experience, a welcome reprieve from the street bustle of Williamsburg. I was helped by a lovely gentleman (Will?) to find a new scent.

  I walked in not knowing anything about the store and I left with a ton a knowledge about company from Sam ! My friend & I were just walking around and found this place .She knew of the company from a magazine Where as I haven't heard of the company. Sam knew so much and showed us around and we tried different styles of this brand. I would 10/10 recommend. He had great customer service and interpersonal skills . I will definitely keep the brand in mind.
