  I had such a lovely experience at Lush today. The store was clean, inviting, and felt just how I remember it from years ago when I used to shop there. I originally stopped in to purchase a magnesium bar, and everything about the checkout process felt smooth and secure. Before I left, Chai, one of the associates, took the time to introduce me to a beautiful perfume. She sprayed it on a sample strip, and while I thought it was pleasant at first, I didn’t realize just how much I would fall in love with it. After leaving and running errands, I couldn’t stop thinking about the scent, it was absolutely irresistible. I ended up calling the store, and Chai kindly placed it on hold for me. When I returned later that same day, I purchased the limited edition Black Pearl perfume, and I couldn’t be happier. Chai truly has a gift, she took one look at me and somehow knew exactly what I would love. That kind of personalized, thoughtful service is rare and so appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!

  Came here yesterday the vibe in this store was already weird. I was standing in line for quite some time, when it was my turn I walked up to the register the cashier woman said the other lady was there first which she wasn’t but to avoid problems I said she can go ahead of me just for the two of them to look at me and laugh. I put my product back and left. Will never come here again.

  Got the best customer service from Chai!! I’ve been using my products i’ve been recommended for more or less than a week and I’m already seeing results, my skin has genuinely never been this comfortable and I appreciate Chai for giving me the upmost respect and ensuring my comfort.
