- IHIm HotJan 3, 20261.0The workers were so arrogant they ignored me and I couldn’t get help on the things i needed it was like no one wanted to do their job i asked for help multiple times and they claim to be busy but aren’t doing anything they are extremely biased and help people they want to help then i went to the cashier lady she was very sweet and helped me so did the other workers in the front but the other workers should learn manners and respect

Every time I go into this store I am disappointed. I walked out and didn’t even bother making a purchase. Waste of time.

The employees treat you like an inconvenience when you ask for help with an item or need a sample. I am usually told no one is available to help me or to get my own item for a sample. Additionally, the register seems perpetually understaffed. The checkout experience is unorganized and slow. The customer service is so bad that I now drive further just to be treated like a customer or I go to Ulta where I never have that experience.
