  Unfortunately, this Sephora is the only one near me so when I want to make a convenient in store purchase or color swatch an item I go here. The employees treat you like an inconvenience when you ask for help with an item or need a sample. I am usually told no one is available to help me or to get my own item for a sample. Additionally, the register seems perpetually understaffed. The checkout experience is unorganized and slow. The customer service is so bad that I now drive further just to be treated like a customer or I go to Ulta where I never have that experience.

  Hello, I’d like to share an unpleasant experience I had today at one of your Sephora stores. My 3-year-old daughter picked up a “try me” lipstick because she thought we were going to buy it, not to play with it. One of your employees — with purple hair — spoke to her in a very rude and arrogant tone, saying “No no, put that down, other people have to try it.” As a mother, I found this behavior very disappointing and unprofessional, especially toward a small child who clearly didn’t understand the situation. I completely understand the rules about testers, but the way it was handled was unnecessary and unkind. I hope you take this feedback seriously and remind your staff to be more patient, kind, and respectful — especially when speaking to children. A kind attitude leaves a stronger impression than any product.

  On September 22nd, 2025, I witnessed an interaction between the store manager, Tai , and a customer that was deeply concerning. The customer politely asked for assistance locating a skincare product, and Tai responded in a dismissive and rude manner, saying, “It’s all the way in the back on the right-hand side. What do you think, I’m going to go get it? That’s too far.” Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. The moment I heard Tai’s response to that customer I was in shock on how rude she sounded!!!! Later, when the customer found the product on her own, Tai made another sarcastic remark: “See, there you go—it wasn’t that far, right?” and laughed. The customer appeared visibly uncomfortable and upset by the exchange, and I felt compelled to report the incident due to the manager’s inappropriate behavior. Such conduct is unacceptable in a customer service environment. I strongly believe that Tai’s attitude reflects poorly on the establishment and business, and I hope steps are taken to ensure that no other customer is subjected to similar treatment in the future. I sincerely hope she doesn’t speak that way to someone less tolerant—because it may not end well.
