- NSNathy SuarezFeb 18, 20261.0I felt completely ignored. I walked around looking for help and employees walked past without asking if I needed anything. Because of that, I got the wrong shade and had to guess on my own. Really disappointed with the service here! Would I be returning to this location? Absolutely not! 1/10 experience.
- KHKellie HowellFeb 17, 20261.0I work near this location (Bay Plaza, Bronx NY) so it’s convenient, however checking out is absolute HELL!! I don’t understand why would the manager have numerous employees on the floor and only ONE cashier?! This past Saturday (Valentine’s Day) around 5pm or so I went to this location to buy some fragrances for my partner, but the line was treacherous!! It wrapped around and around…and around. I didn’t even ask for the colognes bcuz I knew I’d be in there for 30 mins or more just to purchase. Unacceptable. I ended driving across a toll bridge to the Bayside location which had ample amount of cashiers and sales associates on the floor. I was in & out in less than 15 mins. That’s how it should be. Customers should be appreciated not tolerated!!

She immediately recommended me some perfumes which I loved since , I wasn’t expecting to get anything but she definitely convinced me and that’s good customer service. Both my husband and I walked out with two YSL perfumes .
- IHIm HotJan 3, 20261.0The workers were so arrogant they ignored me and I couldn’t get help on the things i needed it was like no one wanted to do their job i asked for help multiple times and they claim to be busy but aren’t doing anything they are extremely biased and help people they want to help then i went to the cashier lady she was very sweet and helped me so did the other workers in the front but the other workers should learn manners and respect
