Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. Honestly coming from someone who is Natural about everything, this was like sooo dope ! She even gave me samples of their conditioner and shampoo. Which I will leave a review about when I try it. But my customer service was 1000/10 ! I recommend !

He was so knowledgeable, personable, and charismatic that I ended up leaving with several great items. I’m especially happy with the lotion he recommended! Syd also helped me pick out a few gifts, and they were an absolute hit! If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by—and let Syd know he’s truly amazing. At a time when retail shopping often lacks personal connection, Syd brightened my day and made the entire experience wonderful.

I went in to pick up a small item before my birthday, and Chai helped me through the entire process, giving me the full experience. From trying new products to getting a complete try-on of some of my favorites, it was fantastic. I even received a free vegan hot chocolate that was incredibly delicious! I really enjoyed the overall experience and what Lush stands for as a business. Chai was amazing; she wasn't just talking to me as a customer trying to sell me something but as a person who genuinely cared, and I truly appreciated that. I will definitely be coming back!
