  Today was my first time ever at a lush store and these women made it such a special experience. The customer service was exceptional ! . i was overwhelmed at the walk in but every employee i came across was extremely welcoming and walked me through all of the products i was interested in ,they even had me try some products. i will definitely be back . Go see them !

  Jada was seriously the best today at Lush. Super nice, patient, and took her time answering all my questions. She deserves the recognition & she kinda funny.

  The most incredible customer service I’ve ever received from Lia! My sister and I visited the store at the end of the day, almost closing time, but were still treated with such respect. We weren’t rushed at all. Lia explained the products, demonstrated how to use them, we sampled almost everything, and she helped us choose the best fragrances and body care for our needs. The floor manager was incredibly nice as well (I didn’t catch her name). While Lia assisted us, the manager was preparing the store for closure. But she never cleaned around us in a rude way as if she was ready for us to leave. She was very pleasant and checked in to see if Lia needed any help with us. It’s little things like that that I take note of! All in all, I will definitely return because of those ladies!

  Chai made our experience so wonderful we were recommend some amazing products suitable to our scent profile. An experience that was a pleasant pace and careful attention to make the right choice . Also Chai introduced me to super milk, one of their best smells that comes in various forms. 10/10 recommend coming with your partner for a nice shopping experience. Take your time to get familiar, they have a great mission and wonderful range of scents for everyone!
