I don’t know why i was sent things from this store when i live outside of DC and the store here didn’t have anything i ordered out of stock. When i spoke with this store the items were also not out of stock. So why did i still have missing items in my order? Beats me and i couldn’t find out why because i was told they could take care of it and have a manager call me back but no one ever did, i waited and called back and was hung up on. Edit after salon centric’s reply: I tried that after waiting a few days to hear back from this stores manager for several days and you all told me there’s nothing you can do because you have no way to contact the stores or ship anything out. OH and you had me on hold for over a half hour and then hung up on me and when i called back YOU HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR ! You waisted about an hour and a half of my time after screwing me out of product!!! IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT, you can send me everything that was supposed to be in my package and give me a gift card for an hour and of my time at my hourly rate that you took from me instead of just actually caring about your customers, otherwise, myself and my team will be taking our business elsewhere where and I’ll spread the word ! Oh and you all charged me for shipping even though i qualified for free shipping and sent me some “invoice” where it doesn’t say that i was BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT SHOWS THAT YOU DID INFACT CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING! And if your reply is that it will take time to refund my account… maybe … like other supply stores … YOU SHOULDNT CHARGE THE CARD UNTIL THE PACKAGE IS READY TO BE SHIPPED because as of right now, all you’ve done is stole my money!

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
