  NEVER purchase any makeup here with a Sephora gift card. I purchased a foundation and it was a terrible match from the associate. They didn’t sell the product I usually purchase. I returned and they gave me a Kohl’s merchandise credit and told me they cannot put the money back on a Sephora gift card. So Kohl’s stole $50 from me and told me they cannot do anything about it. Spoke to linda and another manager and they all told me that was it. Such a trash partnership. Go to a real Sephora store. Never shop here for makeup.

  Workers there could care less about costumer service . Usually theyre better at the mall. At the mall store they ask if you have questions or need help. They dont do that here (instead complain to each other that they dont want to restock items) , but fine. However, one of the samples was completely empty. I thought about being helpful by letting her know since she was just standing there. A mid-aged lady said “o ok.” I wouldnt have thought much about it because i only did it with good intentions, but not even asking what sample it is when youre just talking away with a coworker is sort of lazy , rude and dismissive. Poor customer service
