  I’ve been to many Sephora locations across different states, and I can honestly say the service at Sephora is unmatched. I’ve visited this location at least 10 times, and every single experience has been consistently excellent. I tan often, so finding the right foundation shade can be a constant challenge but never here. The team always goes out of their way to help me find the perfect match, and they make the process feel effortless every time. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Jackie, the Assistant Store Manager. She was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She recommended a mattifying spray to help with the oiliness I was experiencing from my foundation, and it has worked incredibly well. I’m beyond happy with the results. Jackie truly represents what great customer service should look like, and it’s clear she plays a big role in keeping this store running so smoothly. This location goes above and beyond, and that’s why I had to take the time to leave a 5-star review!!!

  I love coming to this store, everytime I come in the staff is very proactive in asking if I need help and everyone seems happy to be there. Especially Pamela she is awesome , she has such great energy you can tell she loves what she does !! 🩷

  Staff was great and very helpful. I do not normally shop here but went only for a travel size of 'Gucci Guilty' for $40.00, which I like to keep in my car or travel with. This location in Bayshore South Shore Mall has soooooo many selections of travel size of Eau De Parfum and Eau De Toilette; parfum is stronger and lasts longer and is what I always buy for any brand. I also wear 'Prada Candy' and they also had that. The store itself is located conveniently near the H&R Block entrance; make a left once you enter. However, the parking near that entrance is slim and a long walk. The store was bright and inviting and well stocked; the vibe and energy there was good.

  Ninette was absolutely amazing! I came in yesterday (Saturday) asking for a full glam makeup look, and wow — she nailed it! 💋 She made me feel so beautiful and confident, and the makeup came out flawless. She was super sweet, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you, Ninette, for making me look and feel stunning! 💖

  Been to several Sephora’s and this one is legit the worst. I came here to buy shampoo and also get color matched for a foundation and concealer (for the SECOND time in a week, because the first time the girl just watched me struggle to try and color match myself in the mirror without offering her expertise). The girl at the door was staring at her phone and not acknowledging anyone. Nobody was acknowledging me at all. I’ve tried the virtual color matching before and it’s always been wrong so I decided to try and color match myself AGAIN by comparing the foundation I currently use with different concealer colors on my hand, and when I went to ask for a wipe for my hand there was a beauty advisor doing someone’s makeup who gave me the rudest stare and said nothing to me. She just handed the wipe and rolled her eyes. I left the store afterwards and went straight to Ulta to buy the shampoo because they sell the same brand and decided I’m ordering the foundation and concealer straight from the company Ilia and pray the color is a good fit. What happened to the days when beauty advisors used to ACTUALLY be hands on and give beauty advice and expertise or even basic color matching ?! If you want to be ignored and given dirty looks and to potentially purchase the wrong color foundation/concealer, then this is the perfect place for you.
