  Ninette was absolutely amazing! I came in yesterday (Saturday) asking for a full glam makeup look, and wow — she nailed it! 💋 She made me feel so beautiful and confident, and the makeup came out flawless. She was super sweet, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you, Ninette, for making me look and feel stunning! 💖

  I was smelling some perfumes today not once was I greeted while-list looking I asked passing employees for help it made me a little uncomfortable already as it is as an amateur going into such an intimidating store for me personally because I don’t wear makeup not because I don’t want or because I think I’m too good but because I don’t nowhere to begin honestly and I just don’t know how to put it all together so nicely like other girls do so perfectly so I of course avoid stores like this at all cost but I wanted some new perfume so naturally I went in and looked at a few normal size perfumes I wasn’t asked if I needed help when I was browsing I did however over hear other customers being greeted and offered help unlike me unfortunately I didn’t know what I wanted I asked about a few bottles that were of course EMPTY as always which is disappointing when ur about to spend an arm & a leg for perfume already as it is and you’re telling me I can’t at least smell it first my real perfume girls get it the customer services was very poor instead the employees stood in a circle chatting when I asked an employee about another empty perfume, she told me that I can go over there with the travel sizes and look at those ones instead if I wasn’t satisfied with the empty bottles I wanted to smell so I did I bent on my knees for maybe 10 to 12 minutes, and I looked at the travel size perfumes when employees walked by and kind of passively aggressively asked me if I needed anything specific while they watched me like I was going to steal 🚩 icing on the cake is I went over to the register to check out and look at some more mini perfumes that they had and when I went back over to the travel size perfumes, I had saw two employees bent down you know, cleaning up some of the testers that were left over from me and I’m guessing other people but from a distance, I saw them zooming in and mocking me. Mind you I was the only customer over there for the past 10 to 12 minutes browsing the travel size perfumes so I know that they were talking about me Then, as I got closer, cause I wanted to still like I said, browse more of them cause I wasn’t satisfied I listened clearly with my two ears. The employees talk about me as I stood behind them one goes. “Oh yeah, she was looking at them on her knees for such a long time zooming and like she can’t see, Looking ridiculous” they were squinting their eyes Mocking me I wear glasses and I didn’t wear them so no I couldn’t see the names properly of the perfumes on the minis When I came over and stood behind them They stopped talking about it so quickly Like I didn’t just overhear them talking shit about me it made me uncomfortable and it was rude it makes you think I mean, do the employees often talk disrespectfully about specific customers while the customer is still actively in the store when they didn’t do anything wrong sephora is not a fashion show for employees, this is a job and if you don’t like your job, then maybe you shouldn’t work there.very unhelpful and the mocking me was uncalled for
