While the gift shop offers a variety of charming trinkets, many of the items are significantly overpriced and readily available elsewhere for far less. The markup feels less like curated luxury and more like opportunistic retail... The locker room facilities are noticeably outdated and poorly maintained. The showers were unclean, with crumbling tiles and visible neglect. Wads of black hair were pushed into corners and clogged in the drains. Used washcloths hanging on the metal bar in the shower. Basic amenities such as mouthwash and cotton balls were either depleted or not replenished. For a spa environment, cleanliness and attention to detail should be **foundational**... not optional. The waiting area for services was equally underwhelming. Black mold and dust in and around the air vent. Dusty light fixtures. Out dated furniture and nothing but gardening books. Where's the variety? The tea selection was limited to plain Lipton, and the trail mix provided was very stale. Neither gave care nor hospitality. My first service began on an unprofessional note when the provider arrived late. During the appointment, she knocked an earring off of me and into the mud. Despite searching, I never recovered it. What was most disappointing was not simply the accident itself, but the dismissive response. There was no meaningful apology or effort to address the situation, only an eagerness to move past it. That lack of accountability felt very disrespectful. During the mud wrap, she remained in the room folding linens and cleaning, creating a distracting and transactional atmosphere rather than one of relaxation. I was then hurried into a shower that was not functioning properly. Mud residue still on the tiles, handles, and fixtures from prior guests. The grout was visibly dirty and several tiles were loose. This level of maintenance falls well below what one expects from a professional spa. Afterward, I was given a towel that was stained to dry with before returning to the table. A used towel hung on the shower bar, not belonging to me. The massage itself was rushed, unfocused, and lacked technical skill or attentiveness. I waited over a year for that massage due to recovery from a serious accident. It was something I deeply looked forward to. Unfortunately, it was the worst massage experience I have ever had. I am not sure what has changed at Drew Patrick Spa, but it no longer reflects the quality or standards it once upheld. Price for quality and ambiance is not worth it.

Great experience at the spa. The hot stone massage was relaxing, though I’ve had deeper massages elsewhere. The Hydrafacial was amazing. Danielle was professional, calm, and very attentive. My skin has been glowing all day. I’ll definitely be back for another Hydrafacial

To be honest this time I was a little disappointed. The relaxation room after the massage is gone. This was a wonderful touch that I truly enjoyed. The spa was a little chilly with the elevator being very cold. The therapist , although very pleasant, did not have the experience for a deep tissue I would expect for a high end spa.
