  I went into Drew Patrick with tightness and knots in my neck and back. Cynthia helped to work them out and took the time to make me feel better again. The steam shower was an excellent way to end my spa day. Although there was some minor roof repair occurring, the manager was very accommodating offering a goodwill credit for my inconvenience. I will be back again soon.

  All the staff was wonderful. The spa is always clean. I had a detox massage and it was absolutely amazing.

  I had an amazing first visit here. Expensive, but had an Incredible facial - relaxing, rejuvenating, my skin glowed. On my second visit, with the same facial and practitioner, she used a needle object, cutting the skin, I walked out with aggravated skin and blemishes. I felt that the practitioner also attempted to deeply extract unnecessary areas too far beneath the skin causing preventable irritation and swelling. Sadly, I will not return. I left very upset.

  Great massage. However, when I asked to reschedule due to snowstorm, I was told that because they are open, I would lose the money. I’m in physical therapy for an ankle fracture and did not want to go out in the ice as me snow. The walkway from the street to the entrance was not cleared and the parking behind the facility was not plowed. Thankfully, someone drove me to the appointment. Otherwise, I would not have been able to get into the place. I had to be dropped off in front of another business that had cleared the walkway from the street. After getting dressed and putting on a robe, I took the elevator to the treatment area. There was no heat at all in the elevator or in the areas that led to the elevator. This is not what I would expect from a place that advertises that they are different from the local strip mall massage places and charges more. I did overhear a conversation that the staff is not even allowed to use the elevator. I felt that it was a great massage, but I do not feel that this place is worth it. I gave it three stars because I did get a good massage. Amenities are minimal. The only thing that makes a different from so many other places on Long Island is that there is a small lounge area. I was hoping to find a spa that’s more like the ones that I encounter on vacation. Although I liked the massage therapist, this place is not it.
