Problem being I got there the 10 minutes earlier that they asked me to, but the therapist was 20 minutes late and came in in street clothes. I must say he was very nice. Did a decent job but I don’t feel it was truly a deep tissue massage. Placee is decorated beautifull but they charge more than the other massage establishments around. I truly don’t wanna pay for furniture. Young lady at the desk was lovely and very sweet, however, she is in training and nude to the establishment, but there was nobody there to help her so the questions I had Went unanswered.. Call the next day, but Genevieve was unavailable and I spoke to a gentleman named Ed who tried to explain to me because I was in pain. They put this all together for me. You did not do me a favor you got paid well. Personally, I won’t be visiting populous again.

- GMGiselle MissSep 17, 20211.0I got the chamomile bath and mud wrap for the first time. I went into the bath thinking everything would be fine. I assumed that she checked the temperature of the water to ensure that it was fine to bath in because that is usually done in the spas. But, the lady didnt check the temperature of the water. When I went it IT WAS BOILING HOT TEMPERATURE LIKE TEA! I got burned and red on hands and feet and legs because of that. Then, the lady blamed my skin saying it is because my skin is red because it is sensitive. Even the bed for the wrap was way too hot. She at least put the temperature of the bed down. Otherwise, everything else was Unprofessional! But, for these reasons, I will not highly recommend this place. I do love that they have tons of services, but I did not like how I was treated and how unprofessional my esthetician was with not checking the temperature of the water and with handling my situation.
