  This was definitely the best experience I’ve had at a Lush. I go into Lush stores pretty often and usually I already know what I’m looking for, but this time was actually so different in the best way. Michael was really friendly and easy to talk to right away, and he made the whole experience feel way more personal than usual. He actually took the time to talk with me and figure out what I like instead of just pointing me toward random things. We walked around the store for a bit and he showed me a bunch of products I probably wouldn’t have picked up on my own. He was super helpful, answered all my questions, and just made the whole experience feel really thoughtful. You could tell he actually cared and was paying attention, which made a huge difference. I ended up finding things I’m really excited to use, and overall it was just such a good experience from start to finish. I’ve been to a lot of Lush locations and this one stood out for sure. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  No matter who is working - I’m always greeted so kindly. I have nothing but great things to say about their staff. Michael always helps me when I’m in there. He has recommended so many great products to me and ALWAYS jumps out from behind the counter to help me find a new favorite product no matter how often he sees me or how busy he is at the time of my arrival- he makes it known that I’m important to him and he’s there to help. He treats me like I’m a new guest every time with product knowledge and new drops even though I’m in there multiple times a week as I’m also a mall employee. He’s really great and I will continue seeking his knowledge going forward. I have found so many favorites thanks to him! I would recommend this location to anyone in the area! Thanks Michael!

  The ladies in my life love this place so it makes gift-giving pretty easy. Personally liked their 'Celebrate' body scrub but they don't do that in scrub form anymore - just body lotion and dusting powder which I don't use (and therefore the reason I'm giving it a 4). The orange body scrub as an alternative is okay I suppose... It is certainly pricier than regular bathing products but I dig their ethos and their approach.

  I like their products. The goods are displayed in an eye-b catching logical sequence. The sail staff xxx I mean kind and helpful.
