    Very disappointed with my experience. As I entered the store, I saw 3 workers chatting together. I approached them and asked for a recommendation. One of the workers proceeds to quickly walk over to a section, says something really quick and walks away quickly to go back to talking. I didn't even get to ask any follow up questions. And she was in such a rush and I couldn't even figure out what product she said. I felt so disappointed I just left the store without anything.

    Would not let me return a Christmas gift 13 days outside of their 30 day return policy for store credit. I was unaware of the new 30 day return policy. It used to be 60 days. I was not able to return sooner because of medical reasons and I had a baby. I would have expected them to be more understanding of the circumstances. I would understand if it was months after their new 30 day return policy but it was 10 days and there should be some flexibility around the holidays and with medical reasons. It’s just one item AND I would have used store credit to purchase something else. Ridiculous.
