Personally liked their 'Celebrate' body scrub but they don't do that in scrub form anymore - just body lotion and dusting powder which I don't use (and therefore the reason I'm giving it a 4). The orange body scrub as an alternative is okay I suppose... It is certainly pricier than regular bathing products but I dig their ethos and their approach.

If the two people "working" could have let me ring myself up, I think they would have let me. Unfortunately for them though, I rudely interrupted their conversation when I stepped up to pay. They stood behind the register during my entire visit, not only ignoring me, but all customers. At least I wasn't singled out! I was offered a "free sample" as I was pulling my card out to pay. I guess they weren't trained on the importance of offering a sample, before the customer is paying. Sad state for this location. I travel through Albany frequently and will be sure not to spend any of my money here again.

She always loves the smell and cleanliness of lush products, but the closest location to us in East Tennessee is 3 1/2 hours away in Nashville. So, while on business trips I always find a lush close by, but this location is by far the best location that I have been to in the lower 48 states! I want to recognize Michael for his above and beyond customer service with helping me find the right items and for his outstanding patience for his help while I was was on the phone with my wife as he was telling her and I about new products that was currently at this location. Michael, I again thank you so much for all your help. I just wish more locations had a employee like you!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and making the shopping experience a breeze, I will be back to this location in Crossroads Mall next time I am near the Albany NY area!
