I went for a trim. The lady tried talking me into hilights and when I said no she got very rude! I got up and left. I was not about to get my hair done after that! I do not know her name but I was going to be the first customer of the day on Thursday the 15th of Sept.....I would not recommend this place

Had my hair done by Brigitte Deluke. Came in for an overall color and light haircut. Had old highlights/grown out balayage and told her that I wanted one color and liked the dimension that the highlights underneath would bring. She walked away for 45 mins to “get me a price” and I considered leaving then. But she was kind from the start and I could see that they were short staffed so I gave the benefit of the doubt to sit through it. She finally comes back while consulting with another stylist and tell me that she will charge me a whopping $225. I was baffled by the price and said for WHAT? She proceeded to tell me some mumbo jumbo that my hair needed to be color corrected because of the highlights.. when I told her I didn’t care for a whole solid color. She then said she would remove that part of the service, bringing it to $195…I still thought that this was insane and asked why is it still so expensive. She then told me that she would discuss the service in full upon printing my receipt at checkout. I again, idiotically gave her another chance and stuck through it.
Here’s where it all when wrong: she told me she was going to take me to the sink to wash my hair BEFORE coloring it. And I obviously thought why. I asked her why would you wash my hair before, and she said that “we need to detox your hair before we begin”
Then I asked her was that included with everything? It’s not going to be an extra charge is it? If so I don’t need that. She then told me “oh no no it’s included, we know what we’re doing”
I took that as her telling me that it wasn’t some additional charge (like a complementary blowout) and let her do it.
Then. She colored, processed, and brought me back to the sink. (Normal)
In the sink, I could feel that she was not thoroughly rinsing the products out of my hair because she wasn’t running her finger or hands in thoroughly but yet managed to drown my eyes and forehead with water.
She takes me back to the chair, but then I see a ton of shampoo still at the side of my head and tell her that she didn’t rise enough. She takes me back and I have to get AGAIN tell her that she needs to rinse better because I can still feel it.
Finally after that she starts to cut my hair, which took her a whole two hours in itself (I have medium length hair).
She half way blow dried my head, and ran an iron through my curtain bangs lightly for a few seconds. I immediately told her that I didn’t need to have it straighten and that a blowout is fine. So she put it down.
Finally I see the end result of my hair. I observe it to check if its even throughout, and SHOCKER. it’s not. So I had her correct it. TWICE. Finally she takes me to checkout, I see it said “7 purchase items” and I thought that it didn’t make sense. So I asked her and she said she would tell me when the receipt prints.
Once I pay I see that I was charged $20 for the Detox that she told me was included
And she charged me for a full Iron service for $15.
I immediately told her my concerns and she fought me on them infront of her colleges telling me that she told me she was charging me. She then claimed that she ironed my WHOLE head. When my scalp was still damp as all hell.
Long story short. Horrible service Was only refunded $15. Never coming here again

I got a terrible, choppy haircut but didn’t realize it until I went home and dried my hair (they don’t dry your hair after the cut if it’s an “xpress” cut which is dumb). I had to drive all the way back and she tried to fix it but it was still super choppy. I wasted $35 and now I need a third haircut.

I was a walk in. They said I was next I waited 20 mins. The whole time 2 of the 3 people a where just sitting there talking doing nothing. The cashier (she was very nice)seemed really embarrassed that she went back twice saying someone is waiting. The hairdresser didn’t really care and went back to there conversation. I walked into the mall the hair salon right next to JCPenney‘s took me right in and were very nice and did a great job
