Want to be pampered? This is the place to go. Starts with the pre soak and ends with a massage. Excellent from start to finish. And feet look beautiful!!

I have been bringing my grandmother to this nail salon exclusively for approximately four years. We typically visit every 2–4 weeks, and both receive manicures and pedicures. Based on that frequency, I estimate we have spent well over $20,000 here over that time. During those years, I have raised concerns multiple times regarding safety and accessibility, both to staff and directly to the owner when she has been present during several of our visits. I specifically requested either a handrail at the entrance stairs or simple measures such as painting the edges of the steps for better visibility. Unfortunately, these requests have been consistently ignored. Please be aware that if you are bringing someone with special needs, require a handrail for stairs, or have any type of vision or physical disability, this is not an accessible salon. There has been no effort made to address basic accessibility or safety concerns for individuals with physical challenges. Recently, after my grandmother suffered a hip fracture and now requires a wheelchair, we are no longer able to return due to the lack of accessibility. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed they were unable to make an appointment for us as there is no wheelchair ramp and they could not accommodate her. This was especially difficult, as she had been a loyal, long-term client and truly looked forward to her visits. She loves her nail tech, and it is sad we will need to go somewhere new to a lack of caring for those with a disability. This situation raises serious concerns regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires businesses open to the public to provide reasonable accessibility for individuals with disabilities. I was also told the owner would follow up with me regarding these concerns, but I never received a response. I was told I was welcome to "drive to the other side of town to the second location". Given the level of loyalty and investment we have had with this nail salon, I expected a much higher standard of customer service, safety, and inclusivity. The excuse of "it's an old house" is just that, an excuse... a ramp or accessability is not difficult.

I had such high hopes for this place. My husband's "bros toes" pedicure was definitely not worth the $80 + price; he left with dirt under his nails still and like she completely didn't even do one toe. I also was going to ask her to cut them shorter and clean them when I saw his toes but she seemed irritated and she quickly put her things away. The rim and top if the beer was filthy so I asked the woman who brought it out if we could get different one which she did no problem. For the price of the services, all these little things really do add up to a not great experience. My pedicure with a French tip was very disappointing as well. We paid $200 for Luke warm water a lot of waiting around in between things and less than mediocre pedicures. Just pretty much everything about the experience seemed like meh just eh here you go, and here is a little of this, and let me half way wrap one foot in a heated towel.

From Devon the charming young man at the front who laws the best cocktails to Rebecca who did the most amazing manicure and pedicure I’m hooked! They are kind fantastic at what they do and totally makes sure that you are comfortable and happy with how they are doing for you. Great products used and the vibe there is insanely zen!! The jelly pedicure was amazing!!
