Sold me a bottle of perfume that was leaking all over the place when I opened it in my car. I'm pretty sure she was aware of that to be honest, it was the last one. I took it back in the store. No, sorry about that, let me check other locations. At the very least, she should apologize for the inconvenience and faulty product. Absolutely nothing. Voided the transaction instead of refunding it, so we shall see if I actually get refunded. Embarrassed for this location. My bad for not looking at the recent reviews before shopping there. Come on guys… Who’s going to ever feel welcome at your store with no help offered, plus a bad attitude? At this point, I’m never going to Sephora again. I have also been in the customer service industry my whole life, I have never felt so disrespected in store.
