- RHR H.Mar 14, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with my recent haircut here. During the consultation, I specifically mentioned that I had a shag in the past and did not want that style again. I also explained how important it is for me to maintain a professional appearance for my job. When I asked for my bangs to have volume, instead of clarifying what I meant, the stylist went in and heavily texturized them, which left the bangs looking spiky and unmanageable. The bangs were cut well above my eyebrows and are extremely thick because a very large section of hair was pulled forward. I currently have to pin a significant portion back just to make them wearable. I spent years growing my hair long, so having such a large section cut short was really upsetting. Unfortunately, this isn’t something that can be quickly corrected. It will take many months for the front to grow out and blend back into the rest of my hair. I wish there had been clearer communication about the sectioning, texturizing, and overall plan before cutting.

The music is terrible! One of the barbers/stylist decided to take out ALL the trash right in the middle of a 65 minute rush! I would deffinetly find another location!

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
