Today, I waited 15 min beyond my appt for the nail tech to show up. Also, the gal that greeted me didn’t seem to know any of the policies or procedures. She told me she wasn’t a “concierge” as if to explain her lack of knowledge. I don’t even know what that means, nor do I care to. I just want to arrive and have a relaxing service. Didn’t happen today
