- ARArina RafiqueAug 23, 20252.0I always shop at this location because it’s the most convenient for me, close to both my job and home. Today, I was looking for the Rare Beauty mini perfume set. There were none on display, so I asked a staff member with red hair for help. She went to the stockroom and brought one for me, which I appreciated. However, while checking out, I asked if I could see the perfume to make sure it wasn’t too small I had only seen it on TikTok and wanted to see it in person. When I tried to hold it, she wouldn’t let go and kept a very tight grip on it. This made me feel uncomfortable, as it seemed like she might think I would run off with it, even though that wasn’t my intention. I couldn’t see her name because her ID was worn backwards, otherwise I would have mentioned it. Overall, while the assistance was helpful in finding the item, the interaction during checkout made me feel uneasy.

I’ve returned two high-end expensive foundations with no questions asked when the one young lady offered samples. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
