Beware of the sneaky cancellation terms. You cannot cancel in person or on the app. You must ask for the manager's email and ask her for permission to cancel. She then approves it and someone else sends you forms to sign. And, they will charge you one more month regardless how soon you cancel. Why don't they have forms to sign in the store? The following is copied from the manager's email. "Regarding the cancellation policy - Per the membership agreement you signed (attached for your review), cancellations must be submitted in writing and become effective 30 days after the written request is received, with one final charge during that period. Credits remain available to use and expire 30 days after the final charge. Since your cancellation request was submitted on November 9, the final charge will process on the 16h of November, and your membership will remain active for 30 days from the request date, allowing time to use your remaining credits." Restore will upsell you on IV's but you cannot use your credits for that, and they always have new employees in training, or no appointments because they don't have a nurse that day.

New management is really tough. They changed policy and have lost a client in the meantime. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the esthetician Janet. I have been going to her each month for a facial and have loved her style and the monthly routine has been great for my face...but now since the new management, I have cancelled my membership. The new lady (maybe manager or front desk lady?) actually said to me in the middle of lecturing me about my credits and cancelation "if I could just finish my sentence" *with her finger in the air* as if I was a 3 year old getting scolded.. I was asking a clarifying question and she had major sass and authoritarian ego-- the way she speaks to clients is really not the best way to run a business. I am disappointed in this new switch.

I joined in August 2024 and had 1 treatment that I didn't think was worth continuing so I cancelled. Members cannot cancel online or phone so had to come in and sign a form. Then I was told that I was on the hook for 3 months of membership and had 1 month left. Ok. They continued charging me until June 2025, when after talking with two people finally got that handled. Now they owe me for 8 months of membership fees. The 'manager' Austin was parked on a recliner getting an infusion when I came in to discuss the matter, with no backup manager, and does not return calls or follow up. The front desk person, Belle said she doesn't have authorization to issue such a large refund and Austin would call me. I contacted them again - spoke with Belle and said that he never returned my call - she said - yeah, a lot of people have said that. She then promised to send an email with contact for their billing department. No email was ever sent. Found a number online and called their corporate office and all calls go to voicemail. No return call there either. Finally got an email from Bailey in Sacramento. I replied with details and requested the refund. No reply and it's now been 3 weeks. Checked out Reddit and this is occurring at locations across the US. Some with experiences far worse than mine. Will update if anything changes. Update: I spoke with Taylor in the Sacramento office who was able to resolve the issue and process my refund. Austin is gone. Belle is still the best. She said the company is currently making positive changes to their Reno location. Wishing them all the best. Changing rating to 3 stars.

This place suck I got a B12 shot 2 times here before and then they asked me to bring a fill up form concentment from my MD in order to continue getting the shot, they make a big deal about everything, my Family doctor fill up the form and I come in to get my shot, they had me wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes just to tell me that their Nurse Practitioner didn't accept the form because my family doctor is not a MD LOL wow just wow I just can't believe it, their prices are ridiculous too they want $50 dollars for a simple B12 shot every other place I have been in town charges me $25 I started going here for location convenience because its 3 minutes away from home but obviously I will never come back here.
