Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. - YDYasmin Hernandez DiazJan 3, 20261.0Extremely rude service, my friend fell and the worker just stared at him, no asking him if he was ok or anything straight staring and walking away even though he fell in the store. To top it off once we get settled enough to go inside he followed us around the store as if we were criminals even though we were just trying to look around comftorably and when we finally did buy something i made a joke about my friend falling and he got angry and said it was the summit malls fault and he couldnt do anything. Ive never felt more disrespected i wish i had gotten his name but unfortunately i was already uncomfortable i just came back to return the product and let him know how terrible he had acted and all he had to say was it was a slow night as if that allows disrespect to someone just trying to shop. I know for a fact me and my friend will never be coming back especially not with him working there. Only go if your looking for a terrible time
- AHAshley HernandezJan 3, 20261.0Worst service I've ever had and the excuse they used really cemented how unprofessional they are "it was a slow night" like that's a good excuse to be rude to customers. For context my friend had slipped and fell due to their threshold being wet and instead of the worker asking if he was ok he just held the door and stared at him. My friend even went as far as to aplogize for the inconvenience even though it was clearly their fault and the response they got was being ignored. They proceeded to keep a close eye as well as follow our group the whole time we shopped as if we were planning to steal their trashy products. After we finished shopping my sister made a lighthearted joke about getting a discount because of my friend falling and instead of joking back the worker decided to take it seriously and said with attitude "it's not our fault it's the summits" this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely won't be going back to this store as they lack common courtesy and are incredibly unprofessional.
