We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the products but also made it into a fun time for their birthday celebration. We can’t wait to go back!!

They were so knowledgeable and so patient showing us all the different products that they had available. Overall such kind and friendly people that I definitely cant wait to come back
- AHAshley HernandezJan 3, 20265.0Worst service I've ever had and the excuse they used really cemented how unprofessional they are "it was a slow night" like that's a good excuse to be rude to customers. For context my friend had slipped and fell due to their threshold being wet and instead of the worker asking if he was ok he just held the door and stared at him. My friend even went as far as to aplogize for the inconvenience even though it was clearly their fault and the response they got was being ignored. They proceeded to keep a close eye as well as follow our group the whole time we shopped as if we were planning to steal their products. After we finished shopping my sister made a lighthearted joke about getting a discount because of my friend falling and instead of joking back the worker decided to take it seriously and said with attitude "it's not our fault it's the summits" this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely won't be going back to this store as they lack common courtesy and are incredibly unprofessional. Update- The manager was super sweet and understanding! This 2nd experience really made up for this incident. Honestly after this I for sure would come again thank you so much Luna and Josh!!
