Arrived for appointment on Saturdat May 10th at 3:30....By 8:00m when the mall was closing she was not done yet. When done, looked like a bowl cut and over 4 1/2 hours for this result is crazy. She was in near tears..and even now, absolutely hates it. Not what she asked for, in style or color and I am pretty angry too. This is not what we expect. And to make it worse, asked for product suggestions as many were on sale, but amazingly, the ones that were picked for us, were not the sale ones, even when we asked about it. Sylist instead scanned a 10% coupon she had behind the counter for the products. I am assuming some sort of internal "Spiff" promo on those products and not the sale ones. Either way, she didn't listen, or perform in a manner that was expected.

Everyone was super friendly but there was a lady with grey hair who kicked us out of an EMPTY room (besides my mom) and said she needed the space when there was more than 6 empty chairs and no one besides my mom using that room. When we got up and left she was just standing around talking to other employees she did not need that room what so ever. It’s mostly the way she said it like she was so much more superior than us. 0/10 to that lady !

I can go in with magazine printouts on color, and cuts, and I have never had a problem. The atmosphere is fun, and the stylists are like family.
