  They used to be good but they left me with a simple jack haircut. Didn't pay. Don't go if you care what you look like.

  Busy location, but steady enough that your visit won't be a waste. Cosmetologists are so friendly and helpful, this is definitely a tight knit location with the employees.

  Jeannette has been doing my hair for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it, she is absolutely incredible. The salon is also great and the staff is so friendly. You can tell they all love what they do!

  I always get the most and amazing service at jcpenney salon with my only favorite stylist, Korey! She does a wonderful job whether it is a haircut, color... anything you can think of. She is so professional and expert on what she does! I don’t even have to tell her what to do with my hair, she knows me too well, and I am her client since yr 2014 i believe ❤️ Kudos to her!

  At first they don't seem to know what their doing, I've called twice to be on the phone for over 15 minutes just trying to make an appointment. It seems they don't want to make appointments or they just don't care to. The one haircut I've gotten my kids turned out well though the stylist was getting frustrated by my being there. I did not feel welcome or that they had any interest with my business. The stylist who cut my sons hair continually jerks my sons head to face forward because he kept looking around. Its fine i guess if you don't mind horrible service and overpriced haircuts.
