- TSTony S1 day ago2.0I took my son to get his haircut today, I made an appointment for their “classic Cut” because it seemed like a good fit for what he needed according to the description on their website. When he showed the hairstylist she went to work, after she was “done” she came out and told us she did something similar because she had another appointment and she was out of time. She also told him she “owed him the shampoo and scalp massage”. We basically went there to get a half haircut he didn’t want and half service as listed on their website. The hair stylist told us next time she suggests getting the premium cut instead. If she would have came out ahead of the hair cut and told us that we would have been fine and gone somewhere else. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money for the haircut after calling, however now i have to find someone to fix the lazy hair stylists haircut. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get your hair cut.

The stylist was amazing I can't remember her name but she was fantastic! The products they use smell devine! I ended up buying some sweet tabacco wax for my new look (went from long hair back to short) the attention to detail was perfect I look forward to trying more services here!

The bar has a fantastic selection of drinks, in the lounge area is a cool place to chill out before and after your service. Galilea Provided my services today, and she was the best! She made sure I was comfortable and was very friendly throughout the entire service. I am definitely considering monthly membership, and I would highly recommend trying Hammer and Nails…. You will not be disappointed!

I couldn’t help but notice how nice, helpful, and prompt Kim (the manager) was. She was a delight to speak to on the phone and when I was in the salon, she was cool, calm, and collected despite being very busy. She gave me the membership sales pitch in a friendly, non-pushy way. I really appreciated that. Then I met Kimmy, my stylist. Wow!!!! I am so happy I did. She gave me the most amazing hair cut I’ve had in a long time. Her attention to detail, her precision, and her expertise are things I’ve been looking for in other stylists for years but haven’t found…. Until today. She is my new stylist for sure! The facilities are top notch and any guy can appreciate the setup they have…. TVs at every station, big screens in the lounge, big screens in the mani/pedi area. Full bar; both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. To top it off… all for a reasonable price. I’m beyond happy that today went how it went. I found a new barber and a great business to visit. Thank you Kim and Kimmy!!!

Walk ins are always welcome, but we recommend using our website or App to schedule your appointment online. You can also call our shop and book or change your appointment!
Do I need a membership to make an appointment?
Nope, our shop is open to members and non-members.
WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT?
You will not be charged for a service at the time of booking an appointment. We require a card on file in our secure encrypted system per our cancellation policy. We understand life happens and it can sometimes be tricky to plan your schedule in advance. We will always confirm your future appointments the day before your service to ensure you still wish to receive this appointment. If you can no longer keep your original appointment time, we ask that you cancel at least 8 hours before your appointment, to prevent a cancellation fee of up to 50%. Appointments that are missed with no notice, may be charged up to 100% of the service price. Because our concept is appointment based, our cancellation policy helps us better respect your time and that of our other guests.
IS AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE INCLUDED WITH EACH SERVICE?
We offer refreshments to all our guests. A complimentary alcoholic beverage is included with every visit only for our members and first-time guests. In some locations, additional alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase, however it is subject to state laws and may vary by location. Please contact your local Hammer & Nails for specific policies.
WHO IS WELCOME IN THE SHOP?
We are proud to serve all members of our community. Our concept was founded with men in mind, but everyone is welcome in our shop.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Purchase gift cards in-store or online on our website to gift to your friends and family.
Are there any perks of being a member?
Hammer & Nails Grooming Club members receive access to services and products and services at lower rates, discounts for friends and family, and complimentary spirits and beverages.
Is there a fee to be a member?
Each month your Membership dues pay for your included services at a discounted rate and allow you access to exclusive benefits, events, and more. There’s no fee to start or cancel a Membership.
How does your membership work?
You select the membership that best fits your grooming needs and apply. Once your application is accepted you receive a set amount of services per month. Your dues are charged monthly.
Is there an annual contract for a membership?
Nope! The Men’s Grooming Club is month-to-month and risk-free. Don’t like long-term contracts? Good. Neither do we.
What happens if I don't use my services each month?
For current members any unused Classic or Premium services rollover each month. Once you pay for them, they're yours.
Can I share my services with family or friends?
Absolutely. Your Classic or Premium services can be transferred into another guest's profile, at your request. They can even be transferred to a gift card for an easy gift for friends and family.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
No problem. Just stop by your home location or provide written notice and we can cancel your account that day. You will have 60 days from your cancellation date to use your remaining credits.
What kind of nail services do you offer?
We only offer natural nail services and do not offer nail polish or enhancements.
