She didn’t listen, she barely looked at me, just acted annoyed the whole time. I told the lady I wanted 1 inch off. I can’t see without my glasses, and had to take them off, obviously, so I literally couldn’t see what she was doing behind me. She didn’t even ask me if it was good intil she already cut off all of my hair!! Like what was I supposed to say?? I couldn’t see anything, and by the time I realized how short it really was, it was already all gone. I deserve a refund for this AND compensation. I can’t believe I paid $20 for that.
