The last 2 times I got an older Asian lady, she’s the second to last seat from the back, on the right hand side. I did not get her name. First of all her salon cape smelled so bad like she doesn’t wash it. Then she hacked my hair off. I asked her to thin it and idk if she’s never had thick hair but she was just pulling my hair out in globs. It didn’t look bad at first but after I washed it, it was completely uneven, the layers do not blend and she messed up the texture of my hair. I work 6 days a week so I came back a week and 3 days later and they told me I couldn’t get it redone anymore cuz they only take you after a week. So I went again to get my son’s haircut and we got the same lady! I thought maybe it was a fluke so let’s try again. The cape still smelled and she completely messed up my son’s hair! I asked for a mullet and she just kept cutting the back off without even asking. My son’s hair is so uneven. And again his hair is not blended together and completely uneven and his mullet was completely cut off. I’ll never go back there again.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
