  1 star says it all. I would read the the reviews before getting my haircut, I wish i had, the pictures don't lie. Read the Management excuses..Generic non-caring, Hard to believe this place is still open.

  ⭐️ 1 Star – I Can’t Believe This Place Is Still in Business People need to know what actually happens at this place. What my daughter-in-law went through on November 6th, 2025, between 11 AM and 1 PM left me absolutely speechless — and furious. She went in for a haircut and styling. They cut her hair but refused to style it, told her they “don’t style hair unless at least three stylists are working at the same time.” I’m sorry, but what kind of rule is that? It is ridiculous, absurd, and completely unprofessional — I have never heard of anything like this in the hair industry. To make it worse, my daughter-in-law has long, naturally curly hair — and they brushed it completely dry. Anyone with the smallest knowledge of hair knows how damaging, painful, and humiliating that is. They didn’t style it, didn’t try to make it look decent — they let her walk out with frizzy, dry-brushed, unfinished hair. She looked worse than when she arrived. Honestly, it was painful to think they allowed a client to leave like that. Still being polite, she made a general comment — not a request — that it might be a cool business idea for salons to offer or rent styling tools, like how car washes provide equipment. Instead of a professional reply, one of the stylists snapped at her and said, “I will never allow you to touch my tools.” The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. For the owner’s awareness: This took place on Nov 6th, 2025, between 11 AM and 1 PM. Staff present included: – A stylist with long, straight dyed red hair and visible balding in the front. – Another stylist with very long dark hair — she was the one who responded so rudely. Money was never the issue. She has gorgeous, full, thick, long hair and would have gladly paid extra for proper styling — if they had even offered. Instead, she was rushed out with unfinished hair and zero professionalism. I have never encountered anything this unprofessional, ridiculous, and disrespectful at a salon. I honestly cannot believe they are still in business, and I strongly warn others — do not waste your time, money, or trust here.

  I was going to stop coming to Great Clips (I’ve been to the Decatur and Ann location and kept regretting it after), but I had a coupon and went to this location on Aliante and I am glad I did cuz Dre cut my hair and for the first time I was happy with a haircut from Great Clips. I will keep coming to this Aliante Great Clips as long as Dre is still cutting hair here. Thanks Dre!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The “stylist” I had — dark brown hair, bad drawn-on eyebrows, and smelling like a hard pack of Marlboro Reds — was rude from the second I sat in the chair. I didn’t catch her name, and honestly, it doesn’t matter. I asked to have my hair straightened, and she flat-out refused, saying the anti-frizz serum I used the night before would “burn my hair.” Then she said she’d have to do a full wash first but “didn’t have time for that,” which was 100% BS. I went to a real professional right after leaving, and guess what? They straightened my hair with no issue — no burning, no damage, and no attitude. Clearly, the problem wasn’t my hair, it was her laziness and unprofessionalism. If she can’t handle a simple task like straightening hair, maybe she should find a new career. I’ll never go back to this Great Clips, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent service or basic respect.
