Had two old ladies, one of them on the left side was great and fast but the one on the right side, I forgot get her name which I will get later really messed up both their hairs and like have the freaking nerve to say this not a barber shop but a stylist shop 😳WTH lady I been taking my grandson there for years and never had a problem. That was so rude, really should take another look at your employees there. My problem is I should’ve just went to the one we always go to down the street. More friendly and professional. My grandson’s line behind is all messed up and my partner’s hair when she came home to shower, a whole bunch came out 🤦🏽♀️this is crazy. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
