She was unfriendly both of those times. last time she cut my oldest sons (15) hair and we had to take him elsewhere to have it evened out it was a little off and I didn't want her to try to fix it. This time we came in and she was surprisingly friendly. She was the only one available. I wanted to ask for the other stylist but my (14) yo son didn't want to wait. We told her what we wanted and I left them to it. When I saw my son she had over cut his hair. It does not look bad this time seems even but she did not do what we asked her to do. I believe in second chances but she will not be getting a 3rd. His hair looks good its just not at all what we asked for. Only paid 8.99 for the hair cut and 5 dollar clip because I paid up front due to having to leave for work. I had been the one to tell her what we were looking for and my son is not happy at all. The receipt says Jennifer not sure if that was the stylist. She had a very short hair cut kinda light brown. * Edited to add.... She does not clean up the hair on the forehead unless asked. She left both my sons with hair above their eyebrows sitting on their faces.
